PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS
The first step in impacting how a young man interacts in social settings is to understand his personal connections to the people around him. Personal relationships include family, peer, romantic, and professional connections. This helps us understand how to either improve existing relationships or how to develop new ones where needed.
EDUCATION AND CAREER
FB2G Mentoring believes that exposure is essential to education and career goals. Our young men will be exposed to many different career fields and opportunities. Our college trips offer them the chance to see different institutions and ask question. Our entrepreneur workshops give our young men the opportunity to learn from a multitude of careers.
COMMUNITY CONTRIBUTION
One of the most empowering feelings in the world is contributing value to your community. Our goal for our young men in FB2G is to take the skills and mindsets they develop in the program and apply them to their homes, neighborhoods, schools, and work places.
